DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES
Your order will be dispatched and tracking number provided within 2 business days.
Australia Post deliver within 2-8 business days within Australia for standard shipping and 1-4 business days for express. (Delays may be experienced due to COVID-19).
International time frames for New Zealand are 4-10 business days for standard shipping rates and 2-6 business days for express shipping (Delays may be experienced due to customs inspections and import/export regulations).
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorisation, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
We give authority to leave for all our parcels with Australia Post. For this reason, we suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel as it is delivered.
Once an order is marked as delivered by Australia Post and DHL tracking, it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the order either from the local collection office, the authority to leave location or the business address provided.
Once an order has been dispatched, Purified Beauty is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.
