INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

At Purified Beauty, we care deeply about the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include clear details and photos. We’ll assess whether you’re eligible for a replacement and provide further instructions.

If a replacement is approved, the original item must be returned to us in its original, unused condition before a new product is shipped. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
