Our Story
Hello I’m Charlotte, one half of Purified Beauty. I started this brand with my partner Jaya and together we've made it our personal mission to make a positive impact in the lives of families everywhere! Purified Beauty aims to solve the hard water problem and educate people on the effects so that they are empowered to take action. Here’s our story and how Purified beauty was born.
Our journey with shower filters started long before we took off on a big adventure travelling across Asia – where we would discover issues with harsh water quality. Both of us had always struggled with sensitive skin and acne, and after trying endless products with little success, we began looking deeper beyond just skincare products. We heard about shower filters and decided to bring one along on our travels. It’s the best thing we did because the water in Asia was heavily chlorinated and filled with other impurities.
From using the filter, we noticed that our skin started to clear up for the first time and felt softer. Even our hair felt and looked healthier! That experience sparked something in us and opened our eyes to how the quality of water can make a huge difference. So, we created Purified Beauty to bring beautiful, effective shower filters to people who want to care for their skin in a more natural, thoughtful way.
